Have your filled-in card with you when you get to the gatehouse. New membership cards are available at the gatehouse.</div> <bR> <div> We reserve the right to <B>refuse large groups</B> and to <B>close early</B> on certain occasions. </div> <bR> <div> <B>We are not responsible for accidents of any type.</B><FONT SIZE="3" COLOR="#000000" FACE="Verdana" > </FONT></div> <bR> <div> <B><U>No diving off the dike or banks into the water.</U></B> The water is shallow near the edges, it is <FONT SIZE="3" COLOR="#CC0033" FACE="Verdana" ><B>VERY DANGEROU</B>S</FONT>, and can cause <FONT SIZE="3" COLOR="#CC0033" FACE="Verdana" ><B>PERMANENT INJURY</B></FONT>. </div> <bR> <div> <B>No Glass Bottles or Containers</B> (alcoholic or non-alcoholic) <B>Allowed</B>. Cans or Plastic bottles only. </div> <bR> <div> <B>No Pets</B> (of any type) <B>Allowed</B>. </div> <bR> <div> <B>No Kegs of Beer</B> (of any size) <B>Allowed</B>. </div> <bR> <div> <B>NO FIGHTING</B>. Any arguments or disputes are to be brought to the management or security immediately. If anyone is involved in a fist fight, it will probably mean a forfeit of their Membership Card. Anyone overly intoxicated will be asked to leave the park immediately. You can enjoy yourself without causing problems for yourself and everyone else. </div> <bR> <div> <B>No swimming across the width of the lake</B>. The swimming area is marked by a rope that stretches across the length of the lake. Distance swimmers are asked to swim the length of the lake within the roped in areas. </div> <bR> <div> <B>No pushing, pulling, shoving or throwing anyone off the rafts or diving board</B>. You may enjoy our rafts by lounging on them, or diving and jumping off them. The rafts do have a weight limit and will be cleared if they are being over loaded. </div> <bR> <div> <B>You must wear a bathing suit</B>, cutoffs or bermudas. No full length pants will be permitted in the water. </div> <bR> <div> <B>No Throwing Sand, Mud, Clay or Dirt</B>. (Parents, please inform children). </div> <bR> <div> <B>Park Speed Limit is 5 mph</B>. You must drive slowly and carefully when entering or leaving the park; remember that speeds in excess of 5 mph cause excessive dust on the driveways and that there are many families with small children. Please drive carefully. </div> <bR> <div> <B><U>All motor vehicles must remain parked during a visit</U></B>. </div> <bR> <div> <B>No power boating</B>. </div> <bR> <div> <B>No alcoholic beverages on the sand beach area</B>. </div> <bR> <div> You are to conduct yourself in an orderly and responsible manner at all times. </div> <bR> <div> No profanity will be allowed in certain areas of the park. Young people do copy adults, so please do your best to set a good example. </div> <bR> <div> If you have litter, use the trash cans provided to help keep the park clean. </div> <bR> <div> Cancelled checks are your receipts unless otherwise requested.</div> <bR> </td> </tr></table></body>
